In cottura formano una leggera crosticina esterna poco più amara data dal cacao in polvere. All’interno invece sentirai un’esplosione di bontà data dal caffè che si incontra con il cioccolato fondente.
In una ciotola uniamo lo zucchero di canna, l'olio di cocco, il latte di soia ed il caffè.
Iniziamo a mescolare con un cucchiaio.
Facciamo sciogliere lo zucchero, quindi uniamo la farina ed il lievito per dolci.
Continuiamo a mescolare ancora fino ad ottenere un impasto morbido e compatto.
Per ultimo aggiungiamo le gocce di cioccolato. Amalgamiamo per bene il tutto.
Formiamo i biscotti con l'aiuto di un cucchiaio.
Posizioniamo man mano su una leccarda ricoperta da carta forno.
Infine, cospargiamo la superficie con un poco di cacao amaro in polvere.
Inforniamo in forno caldo a 180° e lasciamo cuocere per 25 minuti.
Sforniamo e lasciamo raffreddare completamente prima di servire.
