Per prima cosa lavate per bene le fragole sotto acqua corrente fredda. Dopo averle lavate, rimuovete il picciolo e inseritele in un becher.
Con l'aiuto di un frullatore ad immersione riducete le fragole in una purea e tenete da parte.
In una ciotola o planetaria inserite le uova e lo zucchero. Azionate il frullatore e mixate il tutto per qualche minuto.
Aggiungete quindi la purea di fragole, l'olio di semi e metà della farina. Frullate ancora ed infine aggiungete la restante parte di farina ed il lievito.
Mescolate ancora fino ad ottenere un composto liscio e ben gonfio.
Versate l'impasto in una teglia foderata da carta forno.
Infornate in forno preriscaldato a 180° modalità statica (oppure 170° modalità ventilata).
Fate cuocere per 45 minuti.
Sfornate la torta, dopo aver verificato la cottura facendo la prova stecchino.
Fate raffreddare completamente e completate con dello zucchero a velo.
