Questo plumcake ai mirtilli e yogurt greco è strepitoso per il suo profumo e la sua morbidezza. La leggera nota acidula dei mirtilli viene dolcemente accompagnata dalla morbidezza dello yogurt greco. E’ il dolce perfetto per iniziare la giornata.
In una ciotola abbastanza capiente unite le uova allo zucchero. Iniziate a mixare il tutto con l'aiuto di un frullatore.
Non appena il composto inizierà a montare, unite lo yogurt bianco e metà dose di farina. Frullate ancora per qualche minuto, quindi inserite la parte liquida aggiungendo: latte ed olio di semi.
Unite infine la farina restante, il pizzico di sale ed il lievito per dolci.
Mixate fino ad ottenere un composto ben liscio ed omogeneo. Aggiungete per ultimo i mirtilli freschi e lavati.
Mescolate con un cucchiaio.
Versate il composto in uno stampo da plumcake precedentemente ricoperto da carta forno.
Completate con della granella di zucchero in superficie.
Infornate in forno preriscaldato a 180° modalità statica per 45 minuti.
Prima di sfornare il vostro plumcake verificate sempre la cottura facendo la prova stecchino.
