Delle ciambelline morbide con il cuore goloso e ricco di confettura alla frutta.
Le ciambelline versate sono preparate con lo stesso metodo della famosa torta versata, caratterizzata dalla doppia cottura.
Questi golosi dolcetti vengono messi prima in forno per una decina di minuti prima di essere completati con la confettura ed il restante impasto. In questo modo la confettura resta proprio a metà senza scendere!
In una ciotola unire lo zucchero e l'uovo e iniziare a montare.
Otteniamo un composto chiaro e gonfio prima di unire anche l'olio di semi ed il latte. Montiamo ancora.
Aggiungiamo adesso la fecola di patate, la farina 00 ed il lievito per dolci. Uniamo le polveri poco alla volta.
Montiamo fino ad ottenere un composto liscio ed omogeneo.
Versiamo metà del composto in uno stampo per ciambelline precedentemente imburrato ed infarinato.
Inforniamo in forno caldo a 160° ventilato e facciamo cuocere per 10 minuti.
Sforniamo ed aggiungiamo in superficie la confettura e sopra il restante composto.
Inforniamo nuovamente e proseguiamo la cottura per 25 minuti.
Sforniamo e lasciamo raffreddare prima di rimuovere dallo stampo e spolverare la superficie con dello zucchero a velo.
