Il kiwi è un frutto che amo particolarmente per il suo colore verde brillante. Proprio il suo colore mi ha ispirato nella preparazione di questo dolce.
Il plumcake al kiwi e yogurt è un dolce da colazione che vi consiglio vivamente di provare se vi piaccono le torte morbide, umide e profumate. Nell’impasto è presente una buona dose di kiwi che permette al plumcake di conservare una colorazione verde tipica di questo frutto.
Io trovo la combinazione di yogurt e kiwi davvero strepitosa!
Per la preparazione sbucciate prima di tutto i kiwi e divideteli in pezzettoni. Inserite i kiwi in un frullatore e frullate per bene.
In una ciotola o planetaria unite le uova e lo zucchero. Iniziate a mescolare il tutto per 5 minuti circa, fino ad ottenere un composto ben gonfio.
A questo punto unite l'olio di semi, i kiwi e lo yogurt. Mescolate ancora, quindi unite la farina poco alla volta.
Per ultimo unite la fecola ed il lievito per dolci e continuate a mescolare.
Versate il composto in uno stampo da plumcake precedentemente imburrato ed infarinato.
Infornate in forno caldo preriscaldato a 180° modalità statica (170° ventilata).
Fate cuocere per 45-50 minuti.
Sfornate il vostro plumcake e quando sarà completamente freddo spolverate la superficie con dello zucchero a velo.
