Da piccola mi piacevano tantissimo i soffici plumcake della Mulino Bianco, pertanto non ho potuto farne a meno che provare a replicarli in casa.
Il plumcake allo yogurt tipo Mulino Bianco è un dolce morbido e profumato. L’aroma che sprigiona questo dolce mi ricorda tantissimo l’originale plumcake.
Vi consiglio di non perdervi assolutamente questa ricetta se amate i dolci da colazionesoffici e leggermente umidi all’interno.
Montare con l'aiuto di una planetaria o un frullatore le uova insieme allo zucchero.
Far montare per bene il composto per 5 minuti circa. L'impasto dovrà risultare soffice e chiaro.
Aggiungere a filo l'olio mentre continuate a montare il composto. Aggiungere anche lo yogurt.
Continuare a montare a velocità bassa. Per ultimo aggiungiamo la farina, in due riprese insieme al lievito ed al pizzico di sale.
Versare il composto in uno stampo da plumcake imburrato ed infarinato.
Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 180° (oppure 350° F) per 35 minuti.
