Perfetto per una merenda in una calda giornata d’estate.
Per la sua realizzazione va bene un succo di frutta alla pesca, albicocca, pera, ace… Insomma basta aprire la dispensa e prendere quel succo di frutta che quasi dimenticavamo di avere. E via con la preparazione di questo gelato!
250mlsucco di frutta alla pesca (o del gruppo che preferisci)
4grfarina di carrube
Preparazione

In un pentolino uniamo: zucchero, farina di carrube e panna.
Trasferiamo sul fuoco e facciamo scaldare senza portare a bollore. Mescoliamo con l'aiuto di una frusta. Questa operazione serve solo a far sciogliere la farina di carrube.
Trasferiamo quindi nel boccale della gelatiera ed uniamo il latte ed il succo di frutta.
Azioniamo la gelatiera e lasciamo lavorare per 50 minuti circa (verificate le modalità di utilizzo del vostro modello).
Non appena pronto trasferiamo in un contenitore adatto alla conservazione.
Poniamo in congelatore per almeno 4 ore prima di servirlo.
