Stendiamo il rotolo di pasta sfoglia e tagliamolo in modo da formare 12 triangoli di uguale dimensione.
Grattigiamo la zucchina con una grattugia a fori larghi.
Raccogliamo la zucchina in una ciotola ed aggiungiamo la feta sbriciolata con le mani.
Aggiustiamo di pepe ed aggiungiamo un poco di prezzemolo tritato.
Mescoliamo il tutto.
Aggiungiamo 1-2 cucchiai di farcitura alla base larga di ogni cornetto.
Arrotoliamo in modo da dare la classica forma a cornetto (guarda il video per maggiori dettagli).
Trasferiamo in una leccarda ricoperta da carta forno.
Procediamo allo stesso modo per tutti i cornetti.
Spennelliamo la superficie con del latte ed infine aggiungiamo dei semi di chia.
Inforniamo in forno caldo a 190° e lasciamo cuocere per 20 minuti al massimo.
Sforniamo e serviamo caldi oppure tiepidi.
