In una ciotola uniamo le uova e lo zucchero di canna, avendo cura di lasciare da parte circa 10 gr di zucchero di canna.
Montiamo il composto con le fruste. Aggiungiamo quindi l'olio di semi ed il latte di avena.
Mescoliamo ancora. Uniamo la fecola di patate e successivamente la farina. Uniamo le polveri in due volte.
Aggiungiamo il lievito per dolci e montiamo ancora.
Per ultimo aggiungiamo il miele e mescoliamo.
Il composto alla fine risulterà ben gonfio ed omogeneo.
Versiamo in uno stampo da plumcake precedentemente imburrato ed infarinato.
Cospargiamo la superficie con la granella di nocciole e lo zucchero di canna tenuto da parte.
Inforniamo in forno caldo preriscaldato a 180° per 38 minuti.
