Trasferiamo il composto in uno stampo quadrato da 22 cm.
Inforniamo in forno caldo a 170° ventilato e lasciamo cuocere per 35 minuti.
Sforniamo e lasciamo raffreddare completamente.
Completiamo cospargendo la superficie con un velo di confettura alle fragole e cocco rapè.
