Preparazione della crema al latte
Mettiamo ad idratare la gelatina in acqua fredda per almeno 5 minuti.
Nel frattempo montiamo la panna con l'aiuto di una planetaria o con delle fruste elettriche. Tenete da parte circa un cucchiaio di panna.
In una ciotola uniamo il latte condensato ed il miele. Facciamo sciogliere la gelatina nel cucchiaio di panna tenuta da parte ed uniamo la gelatina sciolta al composto di latte e miele e mescoliamo.
A questo punto uniamo anche la panna montata ed incorporiamola delicatamente.
3.
Assemblaggio
Prendiamo la marquise e dividiamola a metà.
Ricopriamo una delle due superfici con la crema al latte e livelliamo.
Copriamo con l'altra superficie di marquise.
Tagliamo il rettangolo ottenuto in 12 pezzi e gustiamo.
