Sbucciamo le banane e tagliamole a piccoli pezzi. Con l'aiuto di una forchetta schiacciamo le banane riducendole in purea.
In una ciotola o planetaria inseriamo le uova e lo zucchero. Frulliamo per qualche minuto ed aggiungiamo il burro e le banane.
Uniamo anche il latte, la farina 00 ed il lievito per dolci. Montiamo per qualche minuto ancora.
Aggiungiuamo infine le gocce di cioccolato e mescoliamo con un cucchiaio.
Imburriamo ed infariniamo per bene uno stampo da plumcake. Versiamo il composto all'interno dello stampo.
Inforniamo in forno preriscaldato 180° (oppure 350° F) e lasciamo cuocere per 45 minuti.
